Keeping a consistent social media presence across multiple platforms requires time and discipline. Publiqa's Content Planner & Autopilot tools help you organize your upcoming posts, review content with your team, or let the platform publish automatically on schedule.

1. The Content Planner Calendar

Navigate to Dashboard > Planner to see your interactive publishing schedule:

  • Weekly & Monthly Views: Get a visual bird's-eye view of all upcoming scheduled posts across your connected channels.
  • Drag-and-Drop Scheduling: Need to postpone a post or move a Reel to Friday? Simply drag the card to a new date or time slot.
  • Platform Badges: Instantly identify which posts belong to YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, or X.
  • Post Previews: Click any scheduled item to view its copy, attached media, or edit its scheduled time.

2. Choosing Your Automation Mode

Under Dashboard > Automation, you can configure how much automation your workspace uses:

2.1 Review Mode (Human-in-the-Loop)

  • How it works: All generated posts and campaigns enter a Pending Review list.
  • Best for: Teams and agencies that require a manager or client to review and approve copy before it goes live.
  • Action: An Admin or Owner reviews the post and clicks Approve & Schedule.

2.2 Autopilot Mode

  • How it works: Based on your chosen schedule (e.g., 3 times a week at 10:00 AM), Publiqa autonomously drafts content, prepares videos or graphics, and publishes them directly to your designated channels.
  • Best for: Solopreneurs, niche content channels, and fast-moving brands that want continuous visibility without daily manual input.

3. Automation Frequency

When setting up an Autopilot flow, you can choose your desired publishing rhythm:

  • Relaxed: 1–2 high-impact posts per week (conserves credits).
  • Balanced (Recommended): 3–4 posts per week spread across your peak engagement days.
  • Aggressive: Daily publishing for rapid audience growth and testing.

4. Best Practices

Tip: Start in Review Mode. When setting up a new brand, we recommend starting with Review Mode for the first week or two. Once you confirm the AI captures your brand voice accurately, you can safely turn on automated Autopilot flows.
