Brand Kits & Voice Guidelines
Your Brand Kit is the creative foundation of your Publiqa workspace. By defining your brand identity once, every campaign, video storyboard, and social post generated across your team automatically aligns with your visual style and messaging rules.
1. Setting Up Your Brand Kit
Access your brand settings anytime by clicking the Brand Selector in your dashboard top navigation bar or sidebar.
1.1 Brand Logo & Visual Assets
- Logo: Upload a high-resolution PNG or SVG logo with a transparent background. Publiqa automatically positions your logo as a subtle watermark on rendered videos and social graphics.
- Brand Colors:
- Primary Accent: Used for highlighted words in animated video subtitles, call-to-action buttons, and graphic headers.
- Secondary & Background Colors: Applied across carousel templates and auto-generated social cards.
1.2 Tone of Voice
Select the communicative style that fits your brand:
- Preset Voices: Choose from popular profiles including Professional, Friendly, Bold, Conversational, Witty, or Direct.
- Custom Writing Rules: Add specific instructions for the AI. For example:
- "Keep sentences short and punchy."
- "Always include an actionable tip at the end."
- "Avoid generic corporate buzzwords like 'game-changer' or 'revolutionize'."
- Emoji Usage: Choose whether you want frequent, subtle, or zero emojis across your social copy.
1.3 Target Audience Personas
Help the AI craft messaging that resonates with your ideal readers:
- Audience Description: Outline who you are speaking to (e.g., "B2B SaaS founders and marketing leaders with 10–50 team members").
- Core Pain Points: List the primary frustrations your product solves.
- Key Desires: What results or transformations your audience wants to achieve.
1.4 Negative Keywords & Guardrails
Prevent the AI from generating unwanted phrases:
- Forbidden Words: Terms you never want associated with your brand.
- Competitor Exclusions: Prohibit mentioning specific rival brands.
- Sensitive Topics: Add boundaries to keep your content compliant and focused on your core value proposition.
2. Multi-Brand Management
If you run an agency or manage several product lines:
- Each Workspace has its own dedicated Brand Kit.
- You can switch workspaces instantly from the top navigation bar.
- Changes made to one brand never affect or bleed into another brand's campaigns.
3. Best Practices
Tip: Update your negative words regularly. If you notice the AI using a phrasing you don't like during campaign generation, simply add that phrase to your Negative Keywords list in your Brand Kit. Future generations will automatically avoid it.
