Publiqa's Video Studio allows you to turn written scripts and campaign ideas into captivating, ready-to-publish short-form videos (for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts) in just a few clicks.

You don't need complex editing software or timeline skills—Publiqa handles scene timing, voice narration, subtitle animation, b-roll footage, and background music automatically.

1. How Video Creation Works

  • Step 1: Define your video brief (format, duration, and tone).
  • Step 2: Customize your storyboard scenes, narration, and footage.
  • Step 3: Generate your video with synchronized audio and captions.

2. Step 1: Set Your Video Brief

Inside any campaign, switch to the Videos tab and click Create Video:

  1. Goal & Format: Select your target format (such as 9:16 vertical for Shorts, Reels, and TikTok).
  2. Target Duration: Choose your ideal length (e.g., 30, 45, or 60 seconds).
  3. Voice Tone: Choose the delivery style for your voiceover (such as Professional, Friendly, Energetic, or Authoritative).
  4. Visual Strategy:
    • Auto (Recommended): The AI automatically selects the best matching high-resolution footage from our built-in commercial stock library.
    • Use My Media: Prioritizes photos and video b-roll uploaded to your workspace media library.
    • AI Creative: Generates unique custom visual art tailored to your scenes.
  5. Click Create Storyboard.

3. Step 2: Review and Edit the Storyboard

Publiqa structures your video into an intentional narrative flow:

  • Hook Scene: A strong opening visual and statement designed to stop users from scrolling.
  • Problem & Solution Scenes: The core value proposition of your topic.
  • Call to Action (CTA): The closing message directing viewers to like, comment, or visit your website.

What You Can Customize on Each Scene:

  • Narration Text: Edit what the voiceover says word-for-word.
  • On-Screen Text: Adjust bold headline text overlays that appear on screen.
  • Swap Visuals: If you prefer a different background clip or image, click Change Visual and search our media library in plain language (e.g., "Modern office teamwork" or "Abstract glowing neon").
  • Regenerate Scene: Ask the AI to rewrite or reimagine any specific scene with one click.
  • Reorder or Delete: Drag scenes to rearrange your story, or delete scenes you don't need.

4. Step 3: Generate Your Video

When your storyboard looks good, click Generate Video:

  1. Automatic Voiceover: Publiqa records clean, natural human-sounding narration matching your script.
  2. Animated Subtitles: Words appear on screen in sync with the speaker, highlighted with your brand's primary accent color.
  3. Smart Audio Balancing: Subtle background music plays during the video and automatically dips in volume whenever the voice speaks so every word is easy to understand.
  4. Brand Watermark: Your brand logo is placed discreetly in the corner to protect your brand identity.

5. Preview & Export

Once generation completes:

  • Watch the finished video in the built-in video player.
  • Download the high-resolution MP4 directly to your device.
  • Send the video straight to your Content Planner to schedule it for auto-publishing.
