Publiqa uses a straightforward credit system paired with monthly or annual subscription plans, giving you predictable costs and the flexibility to scale as your publishing needs grow.
1. Subscription Plans Overview
You can review or upgrade your plan anytime under Dashboard > Settings > Billing.

2. How Credits Work
Actions on Publiqa consume credits from your workspace balance:

3. Permanent Credit Top-Up Packs
If you run out of credits before your monthly cycle resets, you can purchase top-up packs directly from your billing page:
- Mini Boost: 1,000 credits for $15 (Great for additional articles and posts).
- Studio Pack (Most Popular): 5,000 credits for $59 (Ideal for active video creators).
- Scale Reserve: 12,000 credits for $119 (High-volume agency bulk pack).
Note: Unlike monthly plan credits that refresh each billing cycle, purchased Top-Up credits stay in your account and roll over indefinitely until used.
4. Managing Your Subscription
- Upgrades & Downgrades: Switch plans at any time with instant proration.
- Invoices & Receipts: Access your secure payment provider portal link from the Billing tab to directly download official tax receipts, invoices, and manage your payment methods.
- Cancellation: You can cancel auto-renewal anytime in your billing settings. Your plan remains active until the end of your current prepaid period.
