Competitor Radar & Insights

The Competitor Radar helps you stay ahead in your niche by analyzing what your competitors are publishing, uncovering what they missed, and turning those insights into differentiated campaigns that set your brand apart.

Rather than copying what others do, Publiqa focuses on counter-positioning: finding the weak points or missing perspectives in competitor content so your brand can offer a fresher, more compelling take.

1. How to Analyze a Competitor

You can run competitor analyses from the Competitor Radar page or when starting a New Campaign:

  1. Enter Competitor URL: Paste any public link (e.g., a competitor blog post, feature announcement, or homepage).
  2. Click Analyze: Publiqa reads the webpage and extracts the core message, target audience, and key claims.

2. Reviewing the Insights

Once the scan is complete, Publiqa provides a structured breakdown:

  • Core Summary: What the competitor is arguing or pitching.
  • Identified Gaps & Weaknesses: What objections, edge cases, or audience questions did they overlook?
  • Recommended Counter-Angles: 3–5 strategic angles you can use to frame your own content. For example:
    • The Simplicity Angle: If their product seems complex, position your brand as fast and effortless.
    • The Cost & Transparency Angle: Highlight hidden costs or long contracts in competitor offerings.
    • The Actionable Guide Angle: If their article is superficial theory, offer a practical step-by-step blueprint.

3. Turning Insights into a Campaign

  1. Select your preferred Counter-Angle.
  2. Click Generate Campaign with this Angle.
  3. Publiqa immediately loads the Campaign Studio, generating posts, videos, and threads specifically designed to highlight your brand's unique strengths against that competitor.

4. Tips for Best Results

Tip: Focus on your strengths. High-converting content doesn't criticize competitors directly—it shines a spotlight on the problems your product solves better.
